Since 1980, Embrace, has been providing safe shelter and services to survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault in the four county service area of Rusk, Washburn, Barron, and Price Counties. For over 40 years, Embrace has worked to provide much more than just safe shelter to our communities. They provide outreach and community awareness efforts, preventative education, safe shelter, 24/7 support, and a variety of comprehensive and sensitive direct services to help survivors navigate the systems. Ultimately, Embrace’s goal is to inspire social change and eradicate violence.
